Play parties are generally held on the first Friday or Saturday of each month, with an additional party usually in the second month of each quarter.
Reservations are required for all play parties. For party reservations, members should email party-reserve@wcbc-chicago.org or phone the WCBC hotline (312- 409-7613) at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Only members are allow to make reservations for themselves and their guests. Please leave your name and your guest's full name.
Non-members may attend play parties as guests, but must have a sponsor who is a member in good standing and is attending that play party. If you do not know a club member and would like to attend, the member-at-large can act as your sponsor. Call the hotline (312-409-7613) and leave your name and phone number. Please call at least 72 hours in advance of the party. The member-at-large will contact you.
